Product features
-Main large parts of the machine tool: base and workbench. The column, bed saddle and spindle box are all made of high-quality resin sand molding, high-strength high-quality cast iron, with perfect heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, and sufficient reinforcing ribs are arranged. Ensure that the whole machine has sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability;
-Taiwan's original heavy-duty linear guide rail is adopted, with strong rigidity. Good dynamic accuracy;
-Three axis transmission adopts Taiwan grinding double nut ball screw, with compact structure, stable movement and high precision;
-The high rigidity Taiwan made spindle is lubricated with grease, and the spindle bearing can be used to obtain constant and reliable lubrication
-The base adopts integrated casting and large water pan structure with good waterproof performance.
